Drawing inspiration from the visionary works of Odilon Redon and Picasso, Iris endeavored to strike a delicate balance between the unusual and the beautiful.
For this piece, the Iris employed three distinct techniques. The background, rendered through finger painting, utilizes the wet-into-wet technique with oils to evoke the illusion of a shimmering, metallic expanse. The foreground is an eclectic mix of brushes, finger painting, palette knives, and bursts of high-pressure air.
