Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, we accept returns of undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.

To qualify for a full refund:

Items must be new, unused, and undamaged.

Items must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items that arrive in any other condition.

If your order arrives defective, please notify us within 5 business days at Advisory@IrisScottFineArt.com.  Defective items must be returned within 15 days of receipt to qualify for an exchange. If we don’t receive prompt notification, we may be unable to authorize the exchange.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping. You may:

Use the carrier of your choice, or

Request a prepaid return label (the cost will be deducted from your refund).

Return Instructions

Whenever possible, return items in the original shipping box.

Include your invoice inside the package.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.
